Congratulations to Carly!  Her comments are below:I would like to thank all my family, teammates, and most importantly my coaches for making me the player I am today. I would also like to thank the coaches at Hopkins as well as other schools for giving me a wonderful opportunity!  Thank you to all my teammates for always pushing me to be the best I can be and my coaches for always helping me get better and never giving up on this process! Lastly, I would like to thank the whole Lax Maniax family for all they have done for me, none of this would have been possible with out you guys. I am so excited to have the opportunity to finish my lacrosse career at John's Hopkins. The Gators took down Texas A&M on the Aggies’ home turf Friday night and followed that up with a win against Houston less than 24 hours later.In Friday’s tilt, Florida jumped out to an early 5-0 lead in the first quarter and, after the first half of play, found themselves leading 7-4. The Aggies responded with two quick goals to start the 3rd quarter, trimming the deficit to just a goal. via press release - (Photo by Jodi Vosika) ATLANTA – After backstopping a pair of road victories against Top 10 programs, Florida State junior goalie Anthony Cicio is recipient of the MCLA Division I Commanding Performance of the Week powered by Under Armour for the period ending Feb. 12.The Seminoles flew across the country for a pair of games, starting with No. 8 Arizona State in Tempe on Friday night. Thanks to 17 saves by Cicio, Florida State was able to grind out a 6-5 victory. The following evening in Tucson, Cicio turned away another 14 shots as FSU posted a 9-7 triumph against Arizona.For the weekend, Cicio notched a 72.1 save percentage along with a 6.00 goals against average in what were his first two collegiate starts.“To go on the road and upset two tea...
