  via the conference press releases   Sunshine State Conference LINK   Men's Lacrosse Offensive Player of the Week Ryan Dunn / Rollins College / Jr. / Attack / Ridgefield, Connecticut Dunn secures Offensive Player of the Week honors for his performance in Rollins’ wins over No. 14 Saint Leo University (11-10) and Florida Southern College (20-11). Against the Lions, Dunn tallied three points from three goals and scooped up three ground balls. Facing the Moccasins, the Ridgefield, Connecticut product had four goals, two assists, and three ground balls. For the week, the junior attacker totaled nine points, six ground balls, and caused a turnover.   SSC Athletes of the Week: March 25 - 31   Men's Lacrosse Offensive Player of the Week Joe Appio / Florida Southern College / Jr. / Attack / Ocean Township, New Jersey Appio secures Offensive Player of the Week honors for his performance in Florida Southern’s 19-10 victory of Palm Beach Atlantic University. The Ocean Township, New Jersey product registered four goals and six assists against the Sailfish for a total of 10 points. Appio had six shots on goal, five ground balls, and caused one turnover. 2019 SSC Men’s Lacrosse Season Outlook, Spartans Top Preseason Poll

  Author's Note:  We'll post the Coaches Videos separately later   via SSC press release   MELBOURNE, Fla. – For the sixth consecutive season, Sunshine State Conference coaches select the University of Tampa as the preseason favorite. With 48 points and six first-place votes in the poll, the Spartans are expected to recapture the league championship. Saint Leo University, the 2018 national runner-up and SSC champion, finishes second in poll voting with 40 points and a first-place vote, while Lynn University comes in a close third following 38 points and the final first-place vote.
